Oltorf Enterprise was founded in Manvel, Texas — twenty miles south of downtown Houston, with direct access to TX-288, the Port of Houston and the road, sea and air links that reach energy and industrial sites across the US and overseas.
The company started with a simple observation: operators and contractors were waiting days for answers on routine supply and maintenance work, then receiving material with incomplete paperwork. Oltorf was built to fix both — respond fast, and finish every job with documentation an inspector can sign off without chasing.
Today we provide engineering supply, valves, chokes and pumps, pipeline and facility maintenance, inspection, equipment leasing, engineering and project management, construction, logistics and technical personnel — across Greater Houston, the Permian, the Eagle Ford, Louisiana and international markets.

We do not substitute grade, schedule or connection without written approval. If something is not available, we say so and offer documented alternatives.

An order is not complete until the MTRs, CoCs and inspection reports are matched, checked and delivered with it.

- Carriers and subcontractors are prequalified on safety record and insurance before they move a single joint.
- Incidents and near misses are reported, investigated and shared within 24 hours.

- 02Verify material identification, markings and documentation against the purchase order before shipment.
- 03Quarantine and report any non-conforming material; never ship it under concession without written customer approval.

- 05Review supplier performance and customer feedback to drive measurable improvement.
