Safety and quality are measured, not marketed. These are the numbers and procedures we hold ourselves to — and the documents your prequalification team will ask for.
HSE policy
How we keep people safe around heavy steel.
- Every job starts with a hazard review: lifting plans for heavy loads, route checks for oversize freight, PPE requirements for site delivery and field work.
- All drivers and yard personnel hold current training for forklift operation, rigging and load securement.
- We follow every client’s site rules and permit-to-work system for deliveries and field crews.
- Environmental: no material leaves our yard with coatings, preservatives or thread dope that does not meet the destination requirements.
Inspection & traceability
From mill to site, every piece is accounted for.
Material is not released until the documentation is complete and matched.

Receive
Material is checked against the purchase order: markings, grade, size, quantity and heat numbers.

Verify
Mill test reports are reviewed against the specification — chemistry, mechanicals, hydrotest and NDE results.
- 03
Inspect
Visual and dimensional inspection in-house; third-party inspection (e.g. API RP 5A5, PMI, UT) arranged when specified.
- 04
Package
Heat numbers are matched to MTRs and compiled with CoCs, inspection reports and packing lists into one dossier.
- 05
Release
Order is released only when documentation is complete — then the dossier ships with the material and by email.
Quality policy
Written down, so you can hold us to it.
- 01Purchase only from qualified manufacturers and distributors that can supply traceable mill documentation.
- 02Verify material identification, markings and documentation against the purchase order before shipment.
- 03Quarantine and report any non-conforming material; never ship it under concession without written customer approval.
- 04Retain order records and traceability documentation for every order we ship.
- 05Review supplier performance and customer feedback to drive measurable improvement.
