The turnaround scope grew by a third after inspection findings in the first week. Additional alloy flanges and valve repairs had to be supplied without extending the outage.
Our scope
- Kitted flanges, gaskets and B7 studs by work package
- PMI-tested all alloy material before release
- Ran valve repairs and API 598 re-tests through partner shops in parallel
