The challenge
A flow station with recurring choke erosion and pump seal failures had a short planned shutdown to put it right. The work needed parts, lifting equipment and extra technicians at the same time.
Our scope
- Supplied replacement chokes with upgraded trims and re-tested manifold valves
- Overhauled transfer pumps and replaced mechanical seals
- Rented a crane and manlifts with certified operators for the shutdown
- Placed additional valve and pump technicians for the outage
The result
All work completed inside the shutdown window, with test certificates for every valve and choke.
